Our journey home from Wales

Driving from Penrhyndeudraeth to Aberdeen proved remarkably problem-free with light traffic and decent weather. As we drew closer the wind increased, rain started and the seafront (we stopped for Pizza Hut before boarding) wasn't nice.
The ferry ride was made much more pleasant by the luxury of a cabin - we both slept at least an hour or more and could ignore the sea state.

Ninety minutes late to Kirkwall but still home in the early hours of Friday.
